MVizUK – CGI Services Subscription Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MVizUK client portal and the CGI services provided by Martin J. Mooney (trading as MVizUK). By accessing the portal or engaging MVizUK’s services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms apply to all commercial engagements and subscription agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Subscription Services
MVizUK offers a monthly or annual subscription service covering the following:
1 CGI project per month (includes modelling, texturing, rendering, post-production, and minor amendments).
Additional projects or amendments beyond the agreed scope will be charged at £365.00 per project (subject to agreement).
Work does not carry over from month to month unless agreed in writing.

3. Payment & Invoicing
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-transferable.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
All fees are exclusive of VAT (if applicable).

4. Cooling-Off Period & Refunds
A 14-day cooling-off period is provided from the date of initial subscription confirmation.
If cancellation is requested within this period, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded to cover initial onboarding, planning, and resource allocation.
After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Please note: any work started within the 14-day cooling-off period is billable at the standard rate and is non-refundable, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

5. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice via email.
MVizUK reserves the right to terminate services in the event of misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
Upon termination, access to the client portal and all associated services will be revoked.

6. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
All data provided by clients will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
Project files and information will not be shared with third parties without express written permission.
By using the portal, you consent to the processing of personal and project-related data necessary for service delivery.

7. Intellectual Property
All final CGI outputs remain the property of MVizUK until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for marketing, sales, or planning purposes.
MVizUK retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability
MVizUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the portal or deliverables.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
